PRIVACY
Your data.
Clear rules.
Here we explain how we process data when you use this website or send an enquiry to ERA NOVA.
Updated: 16 September 2026.
Who is responsible for your data?
ERA NOVA, a sole proprietorship for computer programming and IT services, owned by Dražen Duvnjak, Brtonigla, Croatia. For questions about personal data, write to [email protected].
Information you send us
When you submit the form or send an email, we process your name, email address, selected service and enquiry, along with any additional information you provide, such as a website link or preferred deadline. We use this information to reply, prepare a quote and discuss working together. Please do not send information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
Purpose and legal basis
We process data relating to requested quotes and services to take steps before entering into a contract and to perform a contract. We retain business records to meet legal obligations. For general enquiries and communication security, we may rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating securely.
Technical data and cookies
This version of the website does not set analytics or marketing cookies and does not include chat or analytics tools. Project previews and fonts are loaded locally. The hosting provider may process technical request logs, such as IP addresses and access times, to operate and secure the server.
Who may process your data?
We use Studio4web to host the website and the hosting email service to deliver messages. To protect the form against repeated submissions, we temporarily keep an IP address hash and attempt count. Counters apply for one hour, and expired records are removed on the next request. Message content is not stored in these records. Data may be provided to competent authorities where legally required. We do not use your enquiry for automated decision-making about you.
How long do we keep your data?
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, continue working together. Records related to contracts or invoices are retained in line with applicable legal obligations. When deciding on deletion, we consider the purpose, the duration of the business relationship and the need to protect legal claims.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Send your request to [email protected]. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
External links and changes
Clicking a WhatsApp link opens the external WhatsApp service. No WhatsApp tracking is embedded on this website. Opening an external link takes you away from this website, and the destination's own privacy rules apply. If we change how we process data or add tools, we will update this policy.
